Workings in the Application field

INTERFERENCE DEFINITION: Risky contact between the customer's and contractor's personnel or between the personnel of different companies operating at the same company location:
- deriving from overlapping of several activities carried out by operators of different contractors; - placed in the place of work of the contractor by the contractor's work;
- existing in the client's workplace, where the contractor is to operate, further than those specific to the contractor's own activity;
- deriving from specific execution modalities explicitly requested by the client (which involve additional dangers with respect to those specific to the contracted activity)

Interference can be excluded in the case of: - services of an intellectual nature;
- supplies of materials or equipment; - works or services whose duration does not exceed five man-days, provided that they do not involve risks deriving from high-level fire risk, pursuant to the decree of the Minister of the Interior 10 March 1998, published in the ordinary supplement n . 64 to the Official Journal n. 81 of 7 April 1998, or the carrying out of activities in confined environments, as per the regulation referred to in d.P.R. September 14, 2011, n. 177, or from the presence of carcinogens, mutagens or biological agents, of asbestos or of explosive atmospheres or from the presence of the particular risks referred to in Annex XI of this decree

Attached XI of Legislative Decree 81/08 1. Work exposing workers to risks of burial or sinking to depths greater than 1.5 or falling from a height above 2 meters, if particularly aggravated by the nature of the activity or procedures implemented or by the environmental conditions of the workplace or work place.
2. Jobs that expose workers to chemical or biological substances that present particular risks to the safety and health of workers or involve a legal requirement for health surveillance.
3. Works with ionizing radiation that require the designation of controlled or supervised areas, as defined by the current legislation on the protection of workers from ionizing radiation.
4. Works near power lines in areas with live naked conductors.
5. Jobs that expose you to a risk of drowning.
6. Works in wells, underground earthworks and tunnels.
7. Underwater works with respirators.
8. Works in compressed air tanks.
9. Works involving the use of explosives.
10. Assembly or disassembly of heavy prefabricated elements.
