CANCELLATION POLICY AND REFUNDS
Cancellation
must be always confirmed in writing: dont forget to include all your banks
information.
Refund of fees, less 25,00 for
administrative charge, will be made for cancellations received before 17/07/07.
After this date, no refunds will be possible. Refunds will be paid after the
Conference.
ACCOMPANYING PERSONS

ACCOMPANYING PERSONS registration must be carried out
through the on-line registration (see below) until 10th
August 2007.
After
this date, only on site ACCOMPANYING PERSONS registration will be allowed.
Please
note that in this case, participation to Welcome Party, Social Dinner, Guided TourS, will
be accepted only if places are available.
The guided
tours are reserved to regularly registered accompanying persons only.
If you are
interested, please, make your reservation as soon as possible; reservations
will be served on a first-come first-served basis. Reservation deadline is 10th
August 2007. If not enough reservations are made before
this deadline, the travel agent has the right to cancel the tour, without
penalties: the tour fee will be charged only if the tour is held. The fee includes
an English speaking guide, taxes and VAT; it does not include the price for food
and drinks (except tour 4), personal expenses, admission to museums or
monuments which must be paid directly at the entrance by the participant.
There
will be no penalty for cancellations of tour bookings communicated in writing
to tev2007@sistemacongressi.com at least 10 days before the beginning of the Conference. Between 10 and
two days prior to the Conference, 50% of the fare will be payable; less than
two days prior to the excursion payment of the entire amount will be due and no
reimbursement will be granted.
After
you carried out the accompanying person on line registration , a confirmation
e-mail will indicates what you booked.
Meeting
point and time, your guides name and further details will be communicated on
site.

Participants
can make hotel reservations by contacting the hotels in Venice directly or by
using the hotel booking service provided by the Organizing Secretariat (SISTEMA
CONGRESSI).

HOTEL BOOKING THROUGH THE ORGANIZING SECRETARIAT
Participants
wishing hotel accommodation are kindly requested to follow the instruction on
the on-line registration form. Your
reservation must be guaranteed by the advance deposit: no booking is possible
without this payment. Please note that the Organizing Secretariat required a
booking agency commission of Euro 12,50 per reservation.
Reservations
through Sistema Congressi will be accepted until
31/07/07; after this date, room availability cannot be
guaranteed.

The
fares below correspond to the advance deposit we ask to guarantee your
reservation.
The
final balance due will be collected directly by the hotel upon departure. The
hotel will issue the invoice/receipt for your full stay.

Hotel cancellations (if booking with sistema
congressi)
Reservation
changes will only be possible before the hotel voucher is mailed. After that, Sistema
Congressi reserves the right to charge additional 25,00 for
reservation changes.
No-shows
might be charged for the entire stay, depending on the hotel cancellation
policy.

Please
specify any special requirement you may have (e.g. dietary, wheelchair access
etc) by filling out the appropriate box in the on line registration form.
PAYMENT
The
fees must be paid in EUROS to Sistema Congressi by
credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or bank transfer.

Participants
